Manny Pacquiao vs Juan Manuel Marquez III :: 2 other Pinoy in Fight Card
As Manny Pacquiao and Juan Manuel Marquez III comes near (3 days to go) here in Philippines, boxing fans like me are getting so excited as to who’s going to win. Will this end Marquez’s claim the he indeed is the winner from their last match in 2008.
Many boxing fans believe that Manny Pacquiao will undoubtedly finish Juan Marquez by knock-out. For Juan-Ma, fans that’s unacceptable since for them, he is a good match for Philippine Boxing Champ because of his skill in counter-punching.
Both sides’s claims are yet to be proven this Saturday, November 12, 2011 at MGM Grand, in Las Vegas, Nevada, USA.
Meanwhile, two other Filipino boxers are also battling in the upcoming boxing event.
Super flyweight Fernando Lumacad will have an 8-round bout against Joseph Rios of San Antonio, Texas and Dennis Laurente against Ayi Bruce of Albany, New York in an 8-rounder.
Lumacad has a professional record of 24 wins (12 knockouts), 3 defeats and 3 draws while Rios 10-5-2, four of his victories have come by way of knockout.
Dennis Laurente has a record of 37 wins (19 KOs), 3 losses and 4 draws.
Bruce, meanwhile, has a pro record of 13 wins (6 KOs) and 4 defeats.
