  • Prioritize the item you want to buy – Just like in a typical shopping mall setup, you need to have a list of items you want to buy and prioritize them accordingly or based on your necessity of each item. Having a list saves you a lot of time looking for product here and there and sometimes wasting time looking almost all of the times being sold by a certain e-store you visited.
  • Canvass or compare prices – Even in an online transactions, we should be landing on a website that we think the best of the best buy ever offered during days like Cyber Monday , Black Friday or even the holiday season. If you don’t want to waste your money and regret item you bought, you should really check other store because in an Internet transactions, I bet you can visit more than ten e-store as compare to a shopping mall or store. Since you are just sitting in front of your computer, spend time compiling best deals of each store in a spreadsheet application including their links so that you can easily sort out item along with their prices easily.
  • Check product reviews – some product reviewers might be paid to do that but there are still sites that feature product reviews that are not bias to do so. For instance PCWorld.com, a computer and gadgets websites that feature product reviews based on their category. It might give you a great insights about the item you are so interested with. You may also ask your friend who owned a similar product or brand you wanted to buy since they are the one who also have a long time experience.
  • Check company website – the idea of checking the company’s website of the product you want to buy is to have a few insights or announcements pertaining to the product. There are some instances that the product is no longer supported so you should be aware of that too not just about its specifications or sort of.
